Job Placement Test


Job placement tests are generally conducted by companies to induct candidates from among the students during their final year or final semester in colleges or from off-campus where students from multiple colleges gather at one place and a combined placement process is conducted. Job placement tests normally comprise of the written and further levels of interview process.

What does the test have?

Every employer conducts their own format for the job placement test. Typically a job placement test consists of the following levels:

  • Written examination
  • Technical interview
  • HR interview

The written examination is an elimination round. The technical and HR rounds are selection rounds. There could be multiple levels of each also.
